RESERVE/SHIP/PURCHASE YOUR PUP
Please contact us   with any questions you may have about reserving or shipping your pup.

RESERVING PUPS FROM FUTURE LITTERS

You may want to reserve your puppy well in advance, since litters often sell out quickly.  Puppy pick order is determined by postmark date.  To reserve your place in puppy picking order, request a Puppy Purchase Application and a Puppy Reservation Contract.  Submit them along with a 20% deposit.  You will receive preference in the order in which your application was received, based on the postmark date from when you mailed it.

SELECTING A TRAINING PROGRAM

We offer a variety of training programs to fit the different needs of our customers.  If you aren't sure which puppy package is right for you, please give us a call and we will walk you through the process.  Puppies are one of our favorite things to talk about, so don't be shy - we welcome your call!

RESERVING CURRENTLY AVAILABLE PUPS

If you'd like to purchase an available puppy from an existing litter, please submit a Puppy Purchase Application.  Once the application has been reviewed, you will receive a Puppy Purchase Contract.  Complete and return the contract  along with a 20% deposit.  This will hold your puppy until he is ready to be released.

SELECTING A PUP

Depending on your needs, you may want some help and guidance choosing a pup that's the best match for you.  We make every effort to facilitate the best match possible.  We understand that your puppy purchase is a commitment for years to come.  The puppy application form will help guide the process, as well as conversations between breeder and buyer.  We want both you and the puppy to be happy with your choice.

 SHIPPING YOUR PUP

We love when new puppy owners visit the ranch, demo their new puppy and drive him home, but this isn't always possible.  So, we arrange the safest, most humane shipping methods available - Pet Safe Shipping through Continental Airlines

Continental ships pets in a climate controlled, pressurized compartment that makes the flight as comfortable as possible for your new puppy.  We've been impressed with how efficiently and humanely they treat traveling animals and have safely and successfully shipped many pups out of their Houston, Texas hub.  Puppies are typically picked up at the Pet Safe counter in the baggage claim area at their destination airport.

To ship your puppy, we will confer on flight schedules between IAH (Houston International ) and the airport of your choice.  Reservations will be placed by the us, in accordance with an agreed upon agenda.  You will need to provide a crate, airfare and appropriate health documentation & innoculations associated with the flight, in advance of your puppy's travel date. Cost of shipping will vary, depending on destination, weight of the pup and the crate.

Crates can be ordered online and shipped directly to us or you can purchase one from us.  We recommend you purchase your pup's crate about a week in advance so pup can settle in and have a familiar crate for travel and a 'safe haven' when he arrives at his new home.  In order for the airline to accept a pup for shipping, the crate must have an attachable water/food dish.  All of our crates come with a travel dish as well as safety & identification labels for shipping.  If you are ordering one online from a third party, please make sure this dish is included with your crate order or be sure to order one separately.  Continental Airlines will not accept a pup for shipping without a water/food dish!

All shipping related expenses must be paid before the pup ships.  This can be done via USPS money order or PayPal so that the account is paid in full when you receive your puppy.  A health certificate, which must accompany the pup on his travel date, is only good for 10 days, so we will delay as long as possible to leave an emergency window after the scheduled travel date in the event of a delay.  A rabies vaccine is also required for shipping across state or national boundaries.

If you have any other questions about shipping, please contact us.
